Crispy Potatoes With Fried Eggs
I LOVE breakfast and have been craving fried eggs with home fries! Here is a great recipe for home fries. Click here for Home Fries Potato Recipe. The potatoes come out nice and crispy. NOT soggy. I used red bliss potatoes but, I'm sure the russet potatoes the recipe calls for will be just as delicious! Top your potatoes with fried eggs, sunny side up eggs, scrambled eggs...whatever you are feeling up too! Also, feel free to top with cheese and Tabasco.
