Banana Cake With Jumbo Chocolate
B-A-N-A-N-A-S! Talk about a great recipe for your old bananas! I've got to tell you that I do not have a "go to" banana bread recipe. I have not found a recipe that really "wows!" me. So, this time I decided to make banana cake. This recipe did "Wow!" me. Very moist with cream cheese frosting! The recipe calls for an 8in. square pan.
